All our sea glass & sea pottery is handpicked straight from the beach and authentically tumbled by the sea. This natural process makes each item 100% unique and our jewellery also contributes to reducing the amount of man-made debris found on our coastlines. 

All orders are sent with a Tideline Treasure gift box and jewellery care instructions.

I gladly accept returns and exchanges. If you would like to return an item, please contact me within 14 days of delivery. Items must be returned within 28 days of delivery.

 

The following items can't be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective:

• Custom or personalised orders
• Earrings 

 

Conditions of return

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

The time I need to prepare an order for shipping varies. I aim to ship all orders within 3 days of purchase but this will be longer for custom orders. 

 

Estimated shipping times will vary. Rough delivery estimates are as follows:

Canada: 8-16 business days

United Kingdom: 2-7 business days

United States: 8-16 business days

Europe: 5-10 business days
